Discuss our commercial activities - present and future. What could we do better? What new areas could we address? Are there things we shouldn't do or sell?

Discuss the way the club and Trust communicate with the fans and listen to their views. What is done well? What is done badly? Are there other ways of providing and gathering information?

Discuss what we can learn from other clubs? What do they do well? What information should we seek from friendly clubs?

Discuss how we can raise finance for the club. Are bank loans good? Bonds or shares? How much, if any, of the club should we be willing to sell in exchange for major financing?

Discuss how the club and Trust are run and organised. How many boards? Should people be able to serve on more than one? Who should make which decisions? What areas of control, if any, could we be willing to give to an outsider?

Discuss the issues about volunteers and fans. How muchh should be done by volunteers and how much by employees? How do we get more volunteers and avoid overloading those we have? Where do we look for new Trust members and fans?

Discuss issues about where we play and what sort of stadium. How important is Merton or will only Wimbledon do? What should be done at Kingsmeadow? How important is making it league standard?

Discuss issues about community and youth work. What is our community? How important is being a community club? What activities should we undertake and do they need to be profitable? How important is it to be producing future players through the youth teams?
